We have many years of experience managing and investing in long term rentals and self-storage on the Westside of Lake of the Ozarks. This allows us to be experts of the area as well as be more responsive to your tenants and properties needs.

Your property will be managed using a professional property management system that allows leases to be sent and signed electronically. This allows us to minimize downtime between tenants to maximize the rents you collect.

All tenants will undergo a full screening that includes identity validation, credit check, eviction history, criminal history, and any red flags before a tenant moves into your rental.

Collect rent and security deposits  with online payments that get deposited directly to your bank account(s).  Late fees are automatically added to tenants accounts to ensure on time payment and late fee income.

All maintenance requests are submitted and tracked through a professional property management system. As the property owner you can view them in real time so there's never any surprises.
